HR Practitioner’s Toolkit

HR in South Africa has never been more demanding. Communication Strategies is a self-paced online course that teaches professional communication skills through 13 interactive modules. Learners build a practical toolkit covering verbal, non-verbal, and paraverbal communication, listening and questioning skills, structured storytelling with the STAR framework, Appreciative Inquiry, and advanced techniques for handling difficult conversations - all applicable in modern remote, hybrid, in-person, and AI-augmented workplaces.
